The arena of Sun City Realtor® :

The Sun City Realtor® West is located in the northwest valley of Phoenix, Arizona. It’s approximately 30 minutes to Phoenix and two hours to Tucson. It is bordered by Grand Avenue, which is this fantastic diagonal avenue that runs through – it is also called the 60. Bell Road also borders it, El Mirage they going to move this a little bit center for you, El Mirage the 303 to the north and then it cuts through right here Deer Valley, and then it goes through a little neighborhood here this is Corte Bella over here. Corte Bella is still considered Sun City West, but it’s its community, and it’s modeled after Santa Barbara, California. Sun City West is walled, but it is not gated. There are five ways to get in or out: RH Johnson at Grand Avenue here, Meeker at Grand, RH Johnson at Bell – there’s another back way through El Mirage and then up north through El Mirage, which goes to Deer Valley.

It’s got a little waterfall and stuff by it; tennis courts all are around this  Sun City Realtor® Community, and some bocce ball is a big deal. They have bocce ball clubs; they got lawn bowling clubs; you’ll see that up here on the left, but they are very well kept. Community crass is charming and well-kept, so there’s the lawn bowling they passed; there’s a fitness center on the right. The golf course is straight ahead don’t know how well you can see it, but there is an arena.

The clubhouse of Sun City Realtor® :

If you mean, you probably passed the clubhouse to this neighborhood right here. So and it’s also one of the smaller 55-plus communities in  Sun City Realtor®, especially a smaller sun city community, so you kind of get that, you know, family feels within here. Especially if you’re hanging around that clubhouse and welcome center a lot, you’re going to get to know people you’re going to make some friends pretty quickly. They always have events going on they have; you know, lawn bowling leads bocce ball leagues. The men’s club for golf has a lot of different things to get you plugged in and connected to a community here.

There are many great things to do to connect to a suitable location here in sun city. The last thing you wanted to know is their softball field, the del Webb memorial field, which you think is the only softball field you have seen in the 55-plus community. You think it just really entails what this community is about and pushing for an active lifestyle with the community now; they don’t force you to, but when they have things like this where they have a softball field with a softball league that’s happening right now. If you get involved, you tend to have more opportunities to get involved, and that’s why you love sun city ground; they have so many different ways you can get to know people and enjoy your time.

While you’re living your retired lifestyle and staying active, they have so many opportunities, so this is sun city grand; hopefully, you also got to realize why this is one of your favorite communities phoenix area has so much to offer a beautiful community extremely well kept not extremely expensive, when it comes to hosting golf or the home price so if you’re thinking of moving to the area whether it be sun city grand or another phoenix city house anything like that you love to help you out.
